Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you order from us. As a small blak business, we do our best to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • We accept returns on non-custom, non-artwork items (e.g. water bottles, lanyards) within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with any tags or packaging.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

No Returns On

  • Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. canvas artworks) unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

    Unfortunately, if you change your mind about the artwork you have purchased a refund will not be offered. Detailed photos and a video of the artwork can be requested. 

    Please check carefully for sizing of your space, all sizes are measured using centimetre. 

    With commission artworks, photos will be sent during the process. A final photo will be sent before postage to check that you are happy with your artwork.

    No responsibility is taken for any damage during postage/in transit but there is insurance in your shipping through the courier for all canvas artworks.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake).

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges on non-custom items if you need a different size or received the wrong item.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right!
